In practical use, we realize that it is unreasonable to solve the drying of various materials with different properties in one design. Therefore, the DWT series equipment emphasizes its specificity on the basis of standardized products. The basic types include dehydrated vegetable special machine, rice special machine, traditional Chinese medicine beverage special machine, pigment and dye special machine, cotton and wool washing special machine, stir fried food special machine, plastic particle drying and heat treatment special machine, as well as magnetic powder, iron oxide yellow, light calcium carbonate, white carbon black drying special machine, etc. When selecting equipment, customers should consult with our design personnel based on material characteristics to determine technical parameters such as air volume, temperature, relative humidity, and operating speed according to the special requirements of material drying, in order to ensure the applicability and reliability of the equipment and achieve optimal operating performance.

Application scope

The principle is shown in the diagram. The material in the hopper is evenly spread on the stainless steel wire mesh (4) by the feeder (6), and the mesh belt is driven by the transmission motor to move uniformly in the drying box. The drying section consists of several units, and hot air circulates horizontally in two (or several) units. Fresh air enters through the fan (1) and is heated by the heat exchanger (3). The hot air passes through the material layer and exchanges heat with the material, enters the lower chamber, and then flows to the next unit. After cooling, the hot air is further heated by the heat exchanger (3). The hot air penetrates the mesh belt and exchanges heat with the material again. The humid and hot air is discharged by the dehumidification fan (2) (5) to complete the drying process. The number of units in each dryer can be selected according to the characteristics of the material and process requirements.

Working principle

The DWT series belt dryer is a continuous drying equipment used in mass production, used for drying sheet, strip, and granular materials with good breathability. It is particularly suitable for dehydrated vegetables, traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces, and other materials with high moisture content and high material temperature. This series of dryers has the advantages of fast drying speed, high evaporation strength, and good product quality. For dehydrated cake like paste materials, they can also be dried after granulation into rod shapes.
